Oh!

How do we feel about unmoderated comments? I haven't turned comment moderation back on now that I'm back in action and I kind of like it.

  1. I'm not sure I have used this feature on blogger! Are you going to keep it that way?

  4. I'm planning to keep things the way they are right now Rebecca. Thanks for your comment. Are you new around here? Welcome welcome. The brilliant Joni Webb told me to turn off comment moderation months ago but I was always nervous about giving up control. Now that I've taken the leap it feels fantastic and it has to make it easier to participate in this blog.

M-- there you are, how have you been? I'm glad you liked my guests. They will be back for another couple of rounds in August when I do another disappearing act. Photo of you? And here I was thinking of that image as a self-portrait. Hah!

  6. No moderation!!!! And unless you absolutely NEED the annoying "type in the letters" thingy, I'd turn that off too :-)

  8. I turned off word verification a while ago. That was my concession to Joni's suggestion that I go commando completely. The last thing I turned off was comments needing to be approved by me. Now the only thing standing between me and complete anarchy is the no anonymous comments rule. I feel pretty strongly about that one though. My name's plastered all over the place and so should any body else's who has an opinion.
