No rain showers here.

Becky: I love linear drains and that's probably where it will all end up. I'm going to put a second drain, outside of the shower to handle any other standing water issues that come up.Paul Anaterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05777487147630173644noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2143843667296816868.post-74683905944208968912010-09-15T07:54:18.858-04:002010-09-15T07:54:18.858-04:00PERFECT design, Paul. This is what I've been wa...PERFECT design, Paul. This is what I've been wanting to do to our master bath for years here. Curbless, doorless. Perfect.

You didn't mention a drain, unless I overlooked it, but I highly recommend going with a linear drain, like one from ProLine. They're high volume, you only have to slope the floor one direction, & easily cleaned.

http://www.quickdrainusa.com/index.php

Tell them I sent you. Floating your cabs off the floors and going with the white marble will make this place an awesome place to perform one's daily ablutions. You specifically mentioned the cabinetmaker was working in walnut from La Cava inspiration; being who I am (the concrete guy), I noticed you did not mention where the sink itself was being sourced. This integral block design is excellent when interpreted in concrete. Although Toto is supposedly coming out with one..not sure if out yet or not. last year they showed it at kbis. I have done a similiar tall cabinet carved out of the closet behind it and utilized pocket doors for an "electrics" spot for razor, toothbrush etc. I like the idea of the pull out counter though!details and designhttp://www.kitchendetailsanddesign.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2143843667296816868.post-82018578495020243412010-09-14T07:15:21.334-04:002010-09-14T07:15:21.334-04:00Thanks for the suggestion, that Catalano stuff is ...Thanks for the suggestion, that Catalano stuff is amazing.
